Ingredients

  1. 8 ozcroissant dough sheet
  2. 8 ozbrie
  3. Cupwhole berry cranberry sauce (use my recipe!)
  4. Fresh rosemary
  5. halvesPecan

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 375°

  2. 2

    Cut croissant dough into 24 squares and place into greased muffin cups

  3. 3

    Cut brie into 24 pieces and place into each cup

  4. 4

    Add 1 Tbs sauce to each cup

  5. 5

    Place a few pieces of rosemary into each cup

  6. 6

    Place 1-2 pecan halves in each cup

  7. 7

    Bake for approximately 15 minutes

  8. 8

    Serve warm or room temperature.

Started cooking/baking with Gram just as soon as I was old enough to stand in a chair, with her apron tied around my chest. Made my first solo Thanksgiving meal at age 8. Putting a new flair on classic nothern New England style cooking.
