1/2 bowlChopped spinach -
1 bowlChopped water melon -
- 8 - 10Mint leaves
to tasteSalt -
2 tspLemon juice -

Wash and chop spinach and water melon.

We soak the spinach in a ice water for 1 - 2 hours.

Take a bowl add spinach, mint leaves,salt lemon juice and mix well.

Lastly we add chopped water melon and mix well..

Add the salad in the tarbooz basket.

Serve chilled.
