Soak green moong overnight, then next day tie it with muslin cloth

Next day remove it from muslin cloth an wash it an steam it for 5mins

Then in a bowl add beaten curds,salt, green chillies,onion, cucumber, salt, mix well

Then add the steamed sprouted moong mix well,

Then add chat masala, garam masala powder coriander, green chutney, tamarind chutney an mix well

If you want dry salad avoid using curds,rest ll ingredients to be used
