wash and butterfly the game hens. pat dry.

put in a zip lock bag with the mustard, vinegar, stock, and garlic powder. let marinade in fridge for a few hours or overnight.

preheat grill to about 275°f. spray a cookie sheet, foil pan, or a few pieces of foil with non stick spray and place on grill. place hens skin side up on the foil and let cook for one hour.

after one hour, take hens off and let rest for a couple minutes. heat the grill up to 400°.

grill hens to crisp up the skins and to apply bbq sauce. should only take 10-12 minutes depending on how much meat you have. grill to your liking. enjoy!
