Chopped green cabbage and purple cabbage

Hung curd dip, which is made with hung curd, salt, oregano, malai, cheese and garlic paste, garlic paste is optional

Heat butter in a pan, on low heat, then add peas and potatoes, cook them until the peas becomes soft, then add salt, Chilli flakes, mixed herbs and oregano

In a mixing bowl put purple cabbage and 1 tbsp hung curd dip, mix well

In another bowl mix together green cabbage and 1 tbsp of hung curd dip, mix nicely

In the same way mix together grated carrot and 1 tbsp of hung curd dip, mix well

Now start arranging the layers of salad, first place the peas and potatoes mixture in the bottom, press it nicely

Sprinkle some chopped green coriander on top of the potato layer

Then spread the carrot mixture on top of the potato layer

Then spread purple cabbage mixture on top of carrot mixture layer

Spread the mixture evenly

Finally arrange the green cabbage mixture layer on top

Sprinkle some Chilli flakes on top and some fresh mint leaves

Serve the salad with some radish flowers and beetroot flowers decoration

You can serve it as it is, or can chill it in the refrigerator, you can make it beforehand also for any party
