  • 250 gmmutter
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 inch Ginger tukda
  • 3-4tomato
  • 2 tspfresh curd
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/3aamchur powder
  • 1 glasswater
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededPaneer and hara dhaniya garnish ke liye

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle hum tomatoes and green chilli ko mixi me piss lege.mutter ko boil kar le get.

    Ak kadai me oil garamkr Cumin seeds dalege add turmeric and red chilli and add tomato puree and curd esko oil alg hone to pkayege.

    Add boil mutter and water and salt.

    Ak ubaal aane to acche se pakne dijiye...Add grm masala aamchur powder and hara dhaniya

  5. 5

    Paneer se garnish kijiye or plan pranthe ya paneer pranthe ke saath Serve kijiye.

    Note:- jaha sabji normal sabji se jyada rase ki i mean thodi patli hoti hai.esliye inko jhol bola jata hai
