Put flour into wok or deep fry pan.Cook until light brown.

Add milk and mix.Melt butter and pour into flour mixture.Mix until it turns yellow.*(Optional: add flavourings and mix until well-combined.)

Turn off element and remove from heat.Shape into balls and wrap in coloured rice paper or use polvoron mould press to shape (you can buy this in Filipino stores).
