1Golden Zucchini
1Green Zucchini
3Eggs
1/4 cupVegetable Oil
1Salt & Pepper

Wash and slice squash to desired thickness.

Whisk eggs.

Heat oil in pan.

Dip sliced squash in egg, fry till golden brown.
