boil and simmer soup pack until you get good stock. separate meat from stock. flake meat off from bones and set aside

saute onion, garlic, shrimp. add fish sauce, then combination balls.

add stock and boil. add carrots, beans and celery.

add noodles, and then both cabbages. cook till noodles are tender.

make slurry using cornstarch. add to soup slowly to thicken.

stir in flaked meat. add seasoning and taste.

once flavor is set, turn off heat. stir in the beaten egg.

plate and serve hot.
