  1. 2 cupheavy cream
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 85 gramsgelatine powder
  4. 4ripe mangoes
  5. 1 cuphot water,to dissolve gelatine powder

    Halve the mangoes.Remove the pulp with a spoon and purée it in a blender with the sugar.

    In hot water stir in gelatine powder,stirring until dissolved.

    Stir the gelatine into the mango purée.Set aside.

    Pour the cream into a bowl.Whip with the sugar until firm.Fold the whipped cream carefully into the mango mousse and portion it into glasses.Chill for at least 2 hrs.Put whipped cream on top of the mango mousse and serve.ENJOY!
