Combine all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.

Add curd & water to make a thick batter.

Add baking soda & oil in a batter.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Once hot drop lemon size batter. Deep fry these gota on medium flame until golden brown. Fry all gotas.

Serve hot with tomato green chutney and tomato sauce.
