Was tired of making the normal porridge so I decided to spice it up.

Was tired of making the normal porridge so I decided to spice it up.
Steps

Peel the yam and cut to pieces, wash and put in a pot

Pour in water till it covers the yam a little, put salt, pepper and maggi. cover the pot and allow to simmer.

In a frying pan, pour in the red oil, let it heat a little then add your onions and tomato
- 4
Allow the tomato to dry a little then you add your smoked fish.

Check if the yam is cooked. If cooked, pour in the tomato sauce, mix well then put in your uguh.

Cover the pot and let to simmer. Mix everything together then check for salt and pepper.

Once the veggie is soft and your seasoning is to your taste, you can turn off the heat.
