Ingredients

  1. 250 gmamla (gooseberry)
  2. 2 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 1 glass water. Add amla, salt & turmeric powder in boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes.

    Switch off gas.

  3. 3

    Once cooled keep them in glass or plastic jar.

  4. 4

    Keep them for 2-3 days.

  5. 5

    Eat daily.

Should I store this in fridge after 2-3 days? Or from day 1 keep in fridge?
