Ingredients

  • 3 cupsspinach leaves chopped
  • 2 cupsgramflour
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil (palak, gramflour, green chilies), salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and baking soda) mix mashed well by adding little by little water and make little thick batter.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in deep wok and deep fry adding 1 by 1 teaspoon batter.
