Preheat oven to 375°.

Roll meat twice through the flour, then brown in oil with onions.

Once cooked through add mace, nutmeg, thyme, parsely, and bay leaf.

Cover with water, bring to boil and cover pot. Allow to simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.

Once time is up add jelly and stir well. (If not thick enough add a little Flour/water paste.)

Let mixture cool then scrape into pie crust. Cover with second crust, cut slits in top, and bake for 45-55 mins. (Or until golden brown).
