Carrot and silky egg tofu
1carrot cut in ring
1 packagesegg tofu cut in ring

:ohyeaah got rave reviews for this one though it's so simple to do! cooked carrots and tofu separately and drowned them in stock. added enoki mushrooms cos we love that. yums
