  • 1 packagesMedium firm silky tofu
  • 1 cupcooked bacon chip
  • 1/2 cupready to eat dry mackerel flake
  • wasabi sauce
  • 1 tbspsashimi soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbspwasabi

20 mins
  1. 1

    mix wasabi and sauce then set aside

  2. 2

    in pan with oil fried tofu tili lightly brown on 4 side gently turning one by one

  3. 3

    drain excess oil on paper towel

  4. 4

    serve top wasabi sauce then bacon and flake serve immediately
