  1. Salad Base
  2. 1 mediumcucumber
  3. 1 mediumred pepper
  4. 1 mediumamount vegetables of choice ( snow peas, green yellow orange peppers, hearts of palm, spinach, red onions)
  5. 1 heador 2 heads of lettuce ( romaine iceberg or your choice)
  6. Dressing
  7. 1 dashsalt and pepper
  8. 3 tbspor 4 of mayonnaise ( miracle whip)
  9. 2 dashlemon juice or lime juice (preferrably fresh)
  10. 1 mediumavocado
  11. 1 bunchgreen onions ( or shallots)
  12. 2 clovegarlic

    prepare and cut up all ingredients

    cut up avocado LAST so it doesn't turn brown and add it to a sepetate bowl where you will mix the rest of the dressing ingredients

    cut avocado in half, remove the sees and skin and cut into small thin pieces

  4. 4

    refrigerate dressing after storing it together well

  5. 5

    be sure to mix dressing into salad well as the dressing is very thick and could create chunks of you don't
