Ingredients

  1. 200 gchicken leg or one leg chicken
  2. 1 teaspoonsugar
  3. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  4. 2 teaspoonsesame oil or chilli sesame oil
  5. 1-1.5 tablespoonsoy sauce

    Cut leg chicken

    This is chilli sesame oil, if you like spicy please put chilli powder.

    Marinate chicken in seasoning mixture of ziplock

    Stay in refrigerator more than 1 hour. And fry in pan
