preheat oven to 350

brown sausage with onions and peppers, drain

cook noodles according to package directions, drain

beat eggs and milk

season egg mixture with salt and pepper to taste

cook eggs slowly until set, but still moist and shiny, set aside

spread 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce into a 8x11 x2 baking dish

layer 3 noodles, trim as needed

layer sausage mixture

layer 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

layer mozzarella cheese

layer 3 more noodles

spread 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce on noodles

layer egg mixture

top with cheddar cheese

top with rest of Alfredo sauce

add parmesan cheese

bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes or until bubbly around edges

let stand 10 minutes before serving
