Ingredients

10 servings
  • Filling
  • 1 lbchicken, chopped
  • 1 cangreen chilies
  • 2 cupgrated cheese
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • Sauce
  • 2 cancream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1 largetub of sour cream
  • 1seasonings if desired
  • 10soft shelled tortillas

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    In a pan put in chicken and cover with water

  2. 2

    boil for 25 mins

  3. 3

    drain, cool and chop chicken

  4. 4

    saute onions

  5. 5

    preheat oven to 350

  6. 6

    mix all filling ingredients together

  7. 7

    spread on tortilla shells

  8. 8

    roll up shells and place in 9x13 pan

  9. 9

    mix sauce ingredients together

  10. 10

    cover rolled up shells

  11. 11

    bake for 30 mins

  12. 12

    cover with any remaining cheese

  13. 13

    bake for an additional 5 mins or until cheese is melted
