Ingredients

  • Dry pepper
  • Salt
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Peppersoup spices
  • Catfish
  • Oziza leaves (sliced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the cat fish with salt or hot water

  2. 2

    Add water in a pot and add the dry pepper, peppersoup spices,salt and seasoning

  3. 3

    Allow it to boil a bit and add the washed catfish

  4. 4

    When the fish is cooked, add the oziza leaves and cook for 4 minutes more
