Palak saag ko acche se dho kar. Mahin cut kar lete hai. Thore sa oil me 2 minute saag ko bhunte hai. Saag ko kadhaei se nikaal kar alag kar le. Saag se nikle paani ko grewi dene time me use krte hai.

Onion chopped kar lete hai. Tomato ka purie bana lete hai. Yellow musterd seed 1&1/2 tsp ka paste banate hai. Aur bacha hua1/2 tsp ko phoran time use krte hai.

Kadhai me oil garamkrte hai. Yellow musterd seed dalte hai, methi, hari mirch daalte hai. Garlic paste dalte hai, phir chopped Onion. 1 minute bhunte hai. Then put all spice powder and paste. And Salt. (Sirf sarso paste ko avi nahi daalte hai.). Tomato purie daalte hai. Bhunte hai bhunte bhunte hi green peas,aalu, and saag daal kar bhunte hai. Acche se masale ke saath sabhi ko acche se bhun jaane par hi sarso paste daal kar thora bhunte hai. Phir grewi ke liye paani daalte hai.
