Mix the ground meat with parsley and onions in a food processor. Add the spices and a pinch of salt.

Grease a baking dish with a little oil and spread the kofta mixture evenly in the dish.

Peel and fry the potatoes.

Arrange the potatoes, tomato, and bell pepper slices on top of the kofta.

Mix the pomegranate molasses with lemon juice, a little water, and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the meat.

Make sure the liquid covers or almost covers the kofta.

Bake in the oven.

Some people like to add tomato sauce. If you prefer, you can mix tomato sauce with pomegranate molasses and pour it over the dish.
