This gravy can be made from any soaked grams and taste good
Steps

Chop onion tomato chilli ginger and palak as shown and soaked greengram(overnight)
- 2
Heat oil in cooker add jeera mustard turmeric and all chopped onion tomato ginger palak and chilli

Add masalas garam masala(optional) mix well amd saute for 2min
- 4
Add green gram mix well add salt and water (1cup)
- 5
Cook for 4-5 whistle and if water is excess boil by opening the lid
- 6
Palak gram gravy ready to.serve
