Strain gram flour in a hallow bottom plate andu add some salt, asafoetida,,red chilli powder and butter milk.

Bland very carefully with hand or blander.

Heat a pan with oil. And drop little paste make the pakodi in medium flame.

Made all paste's pakodi keep aside.

After it drain out extra oil of pan. Add asafoetida, crushed garlic, chopped chilli, and curry leaves steer it.

Take a bowl add turmeric, coriander and red chilli powder mix with water and put on pan also saute it.

In a pan's gram flour clean with butter milk and add in pan. Saute properly.

When it boiling add salt and boiled it 5-10 min.

After 10 min add pakodi in gravy.

Boil minimum 5 min. Switch off the gas. Pour it in bowl.

Take a tadka pan heat oil and Rai dana & red chilli. And drop in kadhi bowl.

Garnish with coriander leaves... And serve with Rice....
