Heat enough sunflower oil in a sufuria.

Add chopped tomatoes then stir making sure they are all smashed

Add chopped onions and let it cook till it browns.

Add chopped chillis

Add boiled lentil and stir

Mix roycco in a cup filled with water
7

Add it to the lentil
8

Add salt and let it boil for 5 minutes
9

When ready remove and serve with rice or chapti
