I normally oven grill my sausages but today, my oven that I use as always refuses to work and fortunately my mom she is a wise woman recommended that cook them in the stove. So these sausages were delicious almost taste the same as oven grill. Thanks mom

Prep time was just 10 minutes

I switch on the stove and place the sausages into the pot and pour 1/3 water and let it boil and cook.

After about 45 minute the water has decrease and then stir the sausages from the opposite side of it.

As it cooking I puncture it to release fat so that it will start to fry it self.

It did that toss and turn to cook it.

The sausages became grilled like those I normally do on my oven.

Today we enjoyed it with pap and cabbage that I saw yesterday on Cookpad.
