Crack an egg into a bowl and then cover the cod in egg before coating the cod in breadcrumbs.

Cook the fillets for 20 minutes at 180°C cook untill the breadcrumbs have browned.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes into wedgie shapes. Then microwave untill brown. If you want add oil, salt, pepper, mixed herbs etc to season more.
