  2. 300 gfresh paneer
  3. 4medium size onions finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 2tomatoes fine grind
  6. to tasteNamak
  7. 1 tsp Lal mirch
  8. 1 tsp Haldi
  9. 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
  10. 1 tsp Amchur powder
  11. as neededOil
  12. as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Palak ko ache se saaf kar ke pani se dhoh lein.

  2. 2

    Ab ek bde bartan mein pani ko halka gungunna karein aur usmein saaf ki hui palak daal kar 2-3 ubaal aane tak pkka lein

  3. 3

    Jaise hi ubaal aaye. palak ko chaan.lein aur saath hi thande pani mein daal dein.

  4. 4

    Aur ab thande pani mein se nikal kar grinder mein grind kar ke paste bana lein.

  5. 5

    Ab ek kadhai mein oil garam karein aur pyaaz daal kar bhune

  6. 6

    Pyaaz ke light brown hot hi Ginger garlic paste daal kar bhune.

  7. 7

    Ab tomatoes ki pure daal kar sare sukhe masale daal dein aur bhune jab tak ki masale oil na chod dein.

    Ab esmein kya hua paneer daal kar milayen.

  9. 9

    Paneer ke mix hot hi palak ki paste daal kar milayen aur pakane dein..

  10. 10

    5 mint ke baad flame off kijiye aur aap ka palak paneer serve krne ke liye ready hai... Hot serve kijiye
