Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1 cuppeanut butter
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 cupvegan butter
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. 1-2 TB oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Mix peanut butter and butter

  3. 3

    add sugar, vanilla

  4. 4

    sift flour and baking powder and mix well

  5. 5

    add oil to make dough

  6. 6

    roll 2 inch balls, press with fork on ungreased cookie sheet.

  7. 7

    bake 10-12 minutes
