Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsbasmatic rice
  2. 10carrot dice
  3. 2 tinsweet corn
  4. 5big green bell pepper (diced)
  5. 2 kgbeef
  6. 1/2 kgliver diced
  7. 2 tbspcurry powder
  8. cubeSeasoning
  9. Salt
  10. Vegetable oil

    Par boil the rice and rinse cold then pour in a sieve and set aside

  2. 2

    Parboil the beef with seasoning salt, garlic, ginger and onions; use the same seasoning for the liver; once its cooked, fry the beef and liver and set aside

  3. 3

    Then pour the chicken stock into a pot and add the par boiled rice. Add the curry powder and cover to cook until dried up

  4. 4

    Place a large pan on the heat and add little vegetable oil and pour in some part of the vegetables and then fry for 30 seconds

  5. 5

    Then add part of the rice and fry together with the vegetables and fried liver.

    Continue frying step until you have exhausted all batches of rice and vegetables

  6. 6

    Serve with fried beef
