Mandazi
This is delicious. I made it for my family during Christmas.
Steps

Seive all the dry ingredients.

Cream sugar+ butter
- 3
Add in eggs and milk very well
- 4
Add milk and knead in the flour while adding milk- little at a time.

Knead to form a soft dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

In the meanwhile, Heat pan with oil. Then divide the dough into small pieces, for me I always use a cup.

Fry the mandazi
- 8
Fry until golden brown
- 9
Serve
