Steps

Boil beef for 20 minutes until soft or boil for more minutes or less depending on the roughness of the meat. (boil with relavitely 1/2 glass or water)

While meat is boiling add in Salt and one tbsp of oil.

Cook until water is dried up then add in 1 more tbsp of oil and fry to allow it to brown.

Then add in tomatoes and stir until soft.

Add in parsley and stir. Then add water and boil for 5 minutes then serve.
