Marinate the chicken pieces with curd ginger garlic paste..

Add salt and pepper to taste

Heat refine oil in a kadhai.add sliced onion..

When the onion becomes transparent,add marinated chicken pieces..stir it for 5 to 6 minutes on high flame..

Add potatoes and carrots.. cover the chicken.

Cook the chicken on slow flame for 15 to 20 minutes...

When the oil becomes separates from chicken finish it with l tsp of butter and pepper powder.

Serve hot
