Ingredients

  1. 1 cup- dahi or curd
  2. 1 & 1/2 cup - semolina
  3. 2big - bolied potato
  4. 1green chilli chopped
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. As neededRefine oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a bowl and put curd in it

  2. 2

    Then add semolina and mix well

  3. 3

    Now add mashed potatoes and mix well and add chilli and salt

  4. 4

    Mixed well and make thik dough

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a kadai

  6. 6

    Fry Pakore till golden brown from both sides

  7. 7

    Remove it from oil and put it into tissue pepper to observe extra oil

  8. 8

    Serve it with tomato sauce.

  9. 9

    Serve hot and enjoy.
