Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1/2 eachboiler chicken
  2. 2carrots
  3. 1 bunchfresh parsley
  4. 3 stickcelery, 1/4 leaves
  5. 1onion
  6. 1parsnip
  7. 1turnip
  8. 1swede
  9. 1 Tbspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspcracked pepper
  11. 1/2 tspvegeta

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in to a large pot filled with water until boiling

  2. 2

    Once boiling turn heat down to simmer

  3. 3

    Simmer for a min of 1.5 hours

  4. 4

    Let cool before putting in the fridge or freezer

  5. 5

    Strain soup
