Blanch the spinach and blend it to make a paste.

Heat butter in a pan.

Add cloves,pepper and cinnamon.

Add garlic,ginger and green chilli and saute for 1 - 2 mins.

Add spinach paste.

Beat the curd and add it and add some water and salt.

When it comes to boil switch off the gas and strain it.

Season with roasted cumin seeds powder.

Serve hot
