3 cupWater -

Heat butter in a pressure cooker.

Add onion, garlic,black,tomatoes and water
3

When cooker release the whistle simmer the gas
for five mins

Once cooled,.Blend the mixture till smooth.

Season with salt and black pepper

Serve hot
