Steps

Wash and clean potatoes

Cut into small chunks (remember the smaller the chunks the faster they will cook)

Fill pot with water and potatoes add salt and bring to a boil

Boil until fork tender (approximately 10 min at a hard boil) and remove from heat pour into strainer.

Let drain until no water comes out about 5 min

While the potatoes are draining melt butter in the pan and add the garlic once melted.

Saute the garlic until fragrant and return the potatoes to the pot
- 8
Add Sour Cream Salt and Pepper and mash stir to mix.
