Steps

Take baby potatoes. Peel it. Wash it. Pork it with fork all the sides. Then fry it till it colour turn to lil golden brown. Keep it aside.

Take onion cut into pieces. Saute till it soft. Make a paste of it.

Take a pan add oil. Now add hing, Cumin seeds, bay leaf. Add the paste of onion. Saute for 2 mins. Add tomato puree. Saute for 2 mins. Add all the spices and paste. Add lil water. Saute for 2 mins. Add lil more water to adjust the gravy constitancy.cook for 5 mins.

Add baby potatoes and garam Masala. Add cream or malai. And serve hot.
