Ingredients

  1. 3Chicken Breasts Split
  2. 2 tbspButter
  3. 2 clovesgarlic minced
  4. 1/3 cupAll Purpose Flour
  5. 1small lemon juiced (about 2 tbsp.)
  6. 1 cupChicken Broth
  7. 1 cupGrape tomatoes halved
  8. 6 ozFresh Mozzarella sliced
  9. 1/2 cupPesto
  10. Salt and Pepper
  11. 1 tbspOlive Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Split Chicken breasts in half and season with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Preheat Oven to 425 degrees

  3. 3

    Coat Chicken with flour and fry in skillet until golden brown. About 4 min on each side cook times will very.

  4. 4

    Set Chicken aside add garlic to skillet and cook till fragrant about 1 min then add lemon and chicken broth. Cook about 3-4 min stir to combine. The sauce will be done when it has slightly thickened.

  5. 5

    Coat fried chicken with pesto sauce and place in bake safe dish.

  6. 6

    Coat with lemon garlic sauce and place mozzarella on top with the grape tomatoes on top of that and place in oven.

  7. 7

    Bake for 10 to 15 min or until cheese has melted.
