  • 10RITZ crackers; crushed(about 1/2 cup)
  • 4Tilapia fillets
  • 10 ozPhiladelphia Savory Lemon & Herb Cooking Creme, divided
  • 2 tbspMilk
  • 6 ozPackage of baby spinach leaves

    Heat oven to 400°.

  2. 2

    Place fish in shallow foil-lined pan; top with 1/2 cup cooking creme and crumbs.

  3. 3

    Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  4. 4

    Meanwhile, cook and stir remaining cooking creme and milk in large skillet on medium heat 2 minutes. Stir in spinach; cook 2 minutes or just until wilted, stirring frequently.

  5. 5

    Serve fish over spinach.
