Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1onion chopped
  • Pinchginger
  • 1 tspground coriander
  • 1 tspground tumeric
  • 1 tspcumin
  • Chilli flakes (however much you like)
  • 200 gchopped tomato
  • Squeezehoney
  • 1/2a bell pepper
  • Prawns
  • Rice
  • You can also have it with garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion and ginger in a pan with oil stirring until softened

  2. 2

    Add the spices and chilli flakes, stir briefly

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes, half a cup of water, honey and pepper

  4. 4

    Cover the pan and let simmer for 10mins. Cook rice.

  5. 5

    Stir in the prawns and serve
