Soak peas for 5 to 6 hrs

Boil peas with little salt for 3,4 whistles

In a pan take oil put cumin seeds,hing,green chillies and put the peas and stir you can add red chilli powder if you want.

Now mash the peas slightly

Now take peas in a plate put chopped onion,cucumber and tomatoes on it,than put some farshaan and red chutney on it,with little lime juice and coriander on it your yummy peas chaat is ready
