Brown ground beef. Add onions, garlic, green & orange bell peppers to ground beef-(Don't drain ground beef just yet). Sautee vegetables with ground beef until onions are beginning to turn translucent. Drain the excess oil from the skillet. Place ground beef & vegetables in a pot. Then add the reminder ingredients to the pot & stir. Cover pot & heat chili to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer chili for 40mins, stirring occasionally to prevent chili sticking to the bottom of the pot. *Enjoy*
