Cut fish into small sizeable pieces

Take a large bowl and mix paprika,fish masala,garlic,black pepper,salt and lime then place the fish inside the bowl to marinate them for about 15min

Put cooking oil into a frying pan and shallow fry the fish

Then when ready put aside we now make the coconut stew for the fried fish.

Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and fry onions till golden brown
- 6
Add carrots,then potatoes and let them simmer for 15min.

Add french beans and a little water to make sure the potatoes are cooked well

Add coconut cream and salt to taste and then add the fish into the stew

Let it simmer for another 10min for the fish to soak well.

Serve your meal
