  • 1onion
  • 1/2 spoonjeera
  • 1 tbspdhania
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 100 gmmalai

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the onion and tomato

  2. 2

    Put the pan on low flame and heat the oil

  3. 3

    Add spices in it and fry the onion and tomato

  4. 4

    Add the malaai and let it cook

  5. 5

    Garnish it with hara dhaniya

  6. 6

    Special malaai veg is ready to eat with paratha.
