Steps

Boil meat and stockfish for 30minutes,with onion,maggi and salt.
Wash and grate okro very well.

When the meat and stockfish has boiled add more water to the soup enough for the soup

Add palm oil and boil for 5minutes.
Add crayfish,maggi,salt and pepper.boil for another 5minutes

Wash ugu with enough water.slice nicely and pour in the ugu leaf and then stir

Stir after 1 minute and bring down; serve with eba and some grilled turkey
