Steps

Peel and chop the carrots, onions, and celery.

Don't peel the potatoes the only good nutrition is in the peelings. Just dice them

Brown the meat

Add the vegetables, spices, and bay leaf.

Add tomato paste, stir cover and simmer for 15 minutes

Add the garlic

Stir in the garlic and cover. Let simmer for about 20 minutes or until carrots are fork tender.

Add the flour

Stir in well and let cook for a few minutes. Add the butter when melted it's time for the water and broth.

Continue on heat.

Stir gently as the vegetables are soft

It's gonna thicken. Cover and let rest.

Cook the pasta as instructed on package.

When the pasta is done drain add butter to the pot. Put the pasta back in the pot and coat with the butter. Add the dill weed and parsley to the pasta. Add a 1/2 teaspoon salt.
